  5. This file contains updated information not contained in the printed
  6. documentation.  This information is contained in the hypertext
  7. documentation which is accessed by executing BMHELP.EXE.

  10. 1. Version Update
  11. -----------------
  12. Version 1.6 corrects a bug that existed in the BMCAL.EXE and
  13. BMCONFIG.EXE.

  16. 2. Memory Issues
  17. ----------------
  18. Battery Master does not run under Microsoft Windows 3.0 but will run in
  19. the background under 3.1.  Battery Master should be unloaded from memory
  20. before executing Windows 3.0.  Decisis Inc. is in the process of
  21. creating a Windows version of Battery Master.

  24. 3. Configuration Data
  25. ---------------------
  26. It should be understood that changes you make in your configuration do
  27. not take effect until your battery is reset/recharged.  For example, if
  28. you change the capacity at fast speed from 2hr 10min to 2hr 30min by
  29. using BMCONFIG.EXE, the main Battery Master window will not reflect the
  30. change until the next time you indicate that your battery has been
  31. recharged.

  34. 4. Hypertext Documentation
  35. --------------------------
  36. Access to Battery Master's documentation is accessed by executing
  37. BMHELP.EXE which is in a hypertext format.  You should be able to answer
  38. all of your quesions by referring to the hypertext documentation.

  41. 5. Registration and Purchase
  42. ----------------------------
  43. Registered users receive information about updates, so be sure to
  44. complete the order form in the file named ORDER.  In addition, be sure
  45. to read the file name BONUS for information about a discounted bundle
  46. containing Turbo Menu and Battery Master.

  49. 7. Upcoming Windows Version
  50. ---------------------------
  51. All registered users will receive the upcoming Windows version of
  52. Battery Master at no charge.  Some users are now beta testing the
  53. product.

  56. 8. LICENSE
  57. ----------
  58. This version of Battery Master is distributed on a 30 day trial basis,
  59. however, it is fully functional.  You may use it for 30 days without
  60. charge so that you can evaluate its usefulness to you.  After 30 days,
  61. you must order it or stop using it.  When the evaluation period expires,
  62. you will be reminded that you need to order in order to continue using
  63. it.  Please see the file named ORDER for an order form and pricing
